Emphasis on flexible off-season basebuilding, with "powerbuilding" strength work (powerlifting and bodybuilding) and concurrent mixed-modality endurance work.
Ideal for anyone who is
a) new to running/endurance
b) new to strength
c) seeking aerobic base development, hypertrophy, or strength development (flexible template allows for each to take primary focus, based on individual user needs)
Includes weekly coach calls and Q&As, as well as access to the group forum for maximum usability.
