Strength + marathon
The general Strength and Marathon program is meant to improve peak strength and long distance endurance, and through the use of a custom sliding “goal bar”, can be modified to focus on strength, endurance, or any blend of the two.
Please note that this template assumes that you already run 15-20 miles per week (or are in good enough shape to do so). It is not a couch to marathon template. If you are not already running 15-20 miles per week, you may want to work through our Strength + 10K Template prior to attempting this one.

STADIUM COURSE OCR
This template follows a 12 week training program that is meant to prepare athletes for short, intense obstacle course races (typically less than 45 minutes).
Note: This template is very similar to the Short Course OCR Template. The primary difference between the two is that this template has slightly less running volume with a bit quicker paces.
